 INTERNET ORDERS

• Internet Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
• Internet Orders are processed during normal business hours (M-F, 8-5pm PST) excluding weekends and holidays observed by our vendors.
• Internet Orders do not guarantee item(s) are in stock.
• Orders are shipped after stock is checked and credit card is verified and processed.
• Only VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted for internet orders.

• Sales tax of 9.750% will be added to all orders within the State of California.

• If you have any problems processing your internet order, please email us at info@risenbmx.com.
• You will receive an e-mail confirmation confirming your order has been sent to us. This confirmation does not confirm that the item(s) are in stock, your order has been processed and shipped or that your credit card has been billed.

BACK ORDERS

• If a product is not in stock we will back-order the product upon customer request.
• We will ship back-orders upon arrival into stock within 30 days of the invoice date.
• The back-order will be cancelled after 30 days if we do not receive the product in stock.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

• All packages shipped within the USA are shipped via UPS Ground Service, unless otherwise specified by customer.
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, only residential or business addresses.
• Alaska and Hawaii packages can must shipped via 2 day or next day air service.
• UPS Ground shipments can take 1-7 working days depending on your location
• All outgoing orders are shipped FOB Shadow Hills, CA USA

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Duties - Any applicable customs, excise taxes and/or duties are not included in the shipping cost. Please contact your local shipping authority since you are responsible for paying for these costs.
  
• Transit Time - We have estimated transit time to be 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays observed by our vendors) for your package to arrive in your country. We cannot estimate how long it will take for customs to release your package.

RECEIPT OF GOODS

• Upon Receiving Shipment - verify order! Quantity disputes must be brought to the attention of Risen BMX with 48 hours of receipt of order. No adjustments will be allowed beyond this time period.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

• Risen BMX assumes no liability for lost or damaged goods. The carrier is responsible and must be reported immediately. Inspect all merchandise before driver leaves. Note all damages on both your copy and driver's copy of freight claim with the carrier. If you discover damage after opening package, call carrier immediately for inspection. Save all packing materials. If carrier does not respond within 10 days, contact Risen BMX for assistance. It is important to open all packages immediately to be eligible to file a freight claim.

REFUSED ORDER

• You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred on refused orders. 

PRODUCT USE

• Risen forks are designed to be used for BMX racing only and not intended to withstand the rigors of ramp, street, vert or any other type of heavy jumping and riding.

WARRANTIES

At Risen BMX we take great pride in the quality of our products. We will stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason, you have not been completely satisfied, we will provide the following warranty policy.

The warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacture defect.  It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure.

If the product is defective, please contact Risen BMX for a warranty inspection.   All products sent to us for warranty inspection should be sent prepaid freight and insured. Risen BMX will not be held responsible for lost packages.

You will be contacted once the inspection is completed and informed on what action will be taken.
